As a not-for-profit organization, the school needs the involvement of its staff and parents. There are many ways to help our school.
The PTO and Volunteer Opportunities
The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) welcomes parents who would like to volunteer their time, knowledge, and skills. If you are interested in volunteering, contact the PTO President, Shaun Vecera.
Cans and Bottles
Are you tired of the cans and bottles you keep forgetting to take back to the grocery store? Drop them off at school. We will take them back and use the money we collect to purchase trees for the front of the school.
Box Top$ for Education Program
There are three ways to earn money for our school via the Box Top$ for Education program.
- Clip
Clip Box Top$ coupons from hundreds of participating General Mills products. Each Box Top$ coupon is worth 10¢ when our school sends them to General Mills. Please encourage everyone you know to collect these coupons. A drop box is in the school lobby.
- Shop
Shop online through the Box Top$ for Education Marketplace. A percentage of each qualifying purchase is donated to our school when you designate it as a recipient. The Box Top$ web site contains a list of the participating stores and the percentage of your purchase that each store will donate to our school. The long list of merchants includes Gap, L.L. Bean, Land's End, and Old Navy, among numerous others. Best of all, you are still able to use any coupons, discounts, or special deals from the site from which you are purchasing! Note: You must start your online shopping trip at the Box Top$ for Education Marketplace (not from the merchant's web site) for our school to receive a percentage.
- Charge
Charge with the Box Top$ for Education Visa® card at more than 20 million locations worldwide. A full 1% of your purchases is donated to our school when you designate our school as the recipient.
